From Challenge to Innovation
Late in 2022 we were asked a simple question by hash artisans: “Can you make cutting easier?”
Traditional blades stuck, crumbled product, or forced inconsistent cuts. We accepted the challenge and began designing a temperature-controlled platform with an integrated blade—the seed of what would become the TAHC.
Our R&D Journey

| Jan 2023 | First bench prototypes built and field-tested in local shops. |
| Mar 2023 – TAHC V1 | Temperature Adjustable Hash Cutter Version 1 launched for pilot users. V1 featured a heated plate but relied on a conventional blade. |
| Jul 2024 – TAHC V2 | Feedback called for a heated knife and a quick-fit spacer. We re-engineered the system. V2 introduced dual heating (blade + plate) and an adjustable distance holder for perfect thickness control. |
| Aug 2024 – TAHC Cleaner Line | Users needed a solvent that cleans fast, evaporates clean, and leaves zero residue. After rigorous testing we released the TAHC Cleaner, Refill & Heavy-Duty Wipes—formulated specifically to protect the heated blade. |
| Oct 2024 – TAHP | To complete the workflow we developed the Temperature Adjustable Heating Plate (TAHP). Reaching up to 150 °C, it pre-warms hash or melts concentrates such as dab and rosin—no blade attached, just precision heat. |
