We ship from The Hague, Netherlands, and offer the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping (Domestic - Netherlands): Estimated delivery within 1 business day.
  • Standard Shipping (Europe): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Europe): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping (Outside Europe): Estimated delivery within 5-14 business days, depending on customs and destination country processing times.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping is available for orders in The Netherlands.
  • International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to a few hours to update after shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking details.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking shows successful delivery.

6. Address & Shipping Restrictions

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted regions.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.
  • Once approved, the item must be returned within 5 business days.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
